We have been handling apparel returns in-house, but it is a mess. Returns come in, sit around for days, and then take forever to be inspected, repackaged, and put back into inventory. Some items need to be steamed or pressed before they can be sold again, and we do not have the equipment or staff to handle that efficiently. We are losing money on inventory that sits idle and missing out on potential sales because items are not available. I am looking for an apparel fulfillment service that can handle returns processing quickly and get products back into circulation without delays.
